The only way to near achievement gaps is to assess wherever they exist by testing and then aggressively assistance all those college students that require it. For occasion, if I consider that oil drilling is a "sin" towards the surroundings, (and consequently, against mankind), then my target is to oppose people who do not have "my view" or intention of guarding the planet.
