If a 13 year outdated was utilizing irc regularly in 2022 I would be concerned for them. Packages that are missing are largely eliminated since they are both outdated/unmaintained or because development libraries utilised by those people applications are old or unmaintained. All in all the checklist of packages eradicated is not that large if you consider the previously mentioned in to thought.
