The new Czech Penal Code (40/2009 Sb., powerful from 2010 January 1) contains a similar regulaton: § 187. Around 2008 and 2009, the lowering of the limits of felony accountability as very well as sex acts age restrictions from 15 to fourteen years was handed in Parliament in the new Penal Code 40/2009 Sb.
