Up until that point, the bellyachers of the environment being hurt were most likely believed to be some outsider intent on destroying deep space through surging the earth out. The only characters that frightened him were Lilo and Stitch, due to the fact that he had never enjoyed them on television. (And personally, I believe they're type of scary anyway)! Just a few miles west of Gulf Shores, it has a more historical feel.
