This takes place to Alice herself if she is killed by an enemy with a firearm. The fifth edition spell Psychic Scream does this to killed enemies. Interestingly, the spell has no influence on enemies with an Intelligence of 2 or lower - a character Polymorphed into a very low-intellect beast would escape problems, but a Druid working with Wild Shape to morph into that identical animal would not.
