Its major goal is to determine and assist moral labor recruiters as a result of a range of resources: developing a benchmark for moral recruiting-"the IRIS Standard," establishing a voluntary certification procedure for recruiters, building a listing of certified recruiters to aid employers and personnel make educated selections, and setting up a monitoring and compliance system to guarantee criteria are long lasting.
