Its primary objective is to determine and assist moral labor recruiters through a wide variety of tools: developing a benchmark for moral recruiting-"the IRIS Standard," setting up a voluntary certification procedure for recruiters, generating a checklist of certified recruiters to assistance businesses and workers make knowledgeable choices, and developing a checking and compliance mechanism to ensure specifications are lasting.
