Sec. 43.22. OBSCENE Display OR DISTRIBUTION. A human being commits an offense if he deliberately or knowingly displays or distributes an obscene photograph, drawing, or identical visible illustration or other obscene substance and is reckless about no matter if a particular person is existing who will be offended or alarmed by the exhibit or distribution.
