Sec. 43.22. OBSCENE Display OR DISTRIBUTION. A man or woman commits an offense if he deliberately or knowingly displays or distributes an obscene photograph, drawing, or identical visual illustration or other obscene substance and is reckless about no matter whether a human being is existing who will be offended or alarmed by the exhibit or distribution.
