We have just started to give out the beginner kits and that is why not all the organizers have it. The kits have been worked on for around 3 months. The basis is a gift to the local community and all proceeds from the workshop go to foundation which is used to put out these kits. The basis is operate by the board but is also non-public. TPOK is a private firm.
