The notion was to have hundreds of volunteers producing content articles for an on-line encyclopedia in all languages. These conversations are uncomfortable so there has nearly been a tacit arrangement not to have them. In other cases where college leaders were mindful of the challenge, there was a minimal and ineffective response to assist kids with this problem.
