As shown in Figure 5, the large phenolic sorghum bran extract substantially improved the phosphorylation of H2AX in a dose-dependent fashion in HCT15, SW480, and HCT116 cells. Our success showed that remedy with the extract suppressed cell proliferation in a dose- and time-dependent fashion in all 4 mobile lines (Figures 1(a)-1(d)).
