The river upon achieving the plains begins to widen out till it reaches Rajahmundry. Within Ahmednagar District the river promptly completes its short study course, flowing alongside the town of Kopargaon and achieving Puntamba. The river exits the Niphad Taluka of Nashik and enters the Kopargaon taluka, Ahmednagar District.
