Anonymous and New World Hackers claimed obligation for the 2016 Dyn cyberattack in retaliation for Ecuador's rescinding Internet entry to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange at their embassy in London. They declared a cyberwar in opposition to Iraq and China and prepared on disabling world-wide-web entry in retaliation for the countries' human rights abuses.
