As of 2020, the CSUN Esports Club has been formally affiliated by Cloud9, an American Esports Organization less than their Cloud9 University Affiliate Program. CSUN is also residence to the San Fernando Observatory. It is also property to the National Center on Deafness and the college hosts the once-a-year International Conference on Technology and Persons with Disabilities, much more commonly recognized as the CSUN Conference.
