The 18-month period for alterations manufactured by notification starts on the Agency’s receipt of a legitimate notification with the exception of improvements manufactured by notification for antimicrobials. Label notification improvements submitted by the registrant are label amendments and issue to the exact 18-month provision for existing stocks.
